Lease and Bond Lodgement
We prepare the tenancy agreements and make sure that all paper work are compliant
with NZ tenancy law. We sign this together with the tenants and also lodge the bond
of 4 weeks rent to Tenancy Services.
Property Condition Report
Before your tenants are to move in, we conduct a full written condition report completed with
photos of the property.
We inspect your property every three months and send you a full written report with photos.
Maintenance and Repairs
We work closely together with the best contractors in Queenstown making sure that your
property gets the maintenance issues sorted professionally and quickly.

Lease Renewals and Change of Tenants
We agree together with the owner and tenants about lease renewals and will do an extension
of the original tenancy agreement. If any changes of tenants, we will inform you as the owner and

Owners get a choice of being paid once or twice a month with a full statement to follow. We will take
care of all invoice management for maintenance, rates and insurance etc. if you wish.
End of Financial Year Statements
We will organize your financial statement at the end of the year, ready to be sent off to your accountant if any.
Attached is also any invoices you might have had during the year.
Rental Appraisals and Reviews
When looking for new tenants or renewing your lease, we will together with you discuss the current market
rent in Queenstown in your area.
When your tenants are moving out from the property we conduct a final inspection with a written report and
photos. We also arrange the bond refund to the owners and any maintenance if any. Then we start the process
over again from step 1.
